Media issue - raising the drinking age

In element 2 of unit standard 7465 you are required to investigate a media issue. We will look at the issue of raising the legal drinking age in New Zealand.
The dominant viewpoint is to maintain the status quo, and the minority viewpoint is to raise it back to 20. Use the articles provided, and any you find yourself, to write 300 words about what each viewpoint's argument is. This is not about your own, personal opinion - but about how the issue is being represented in the media.
